[Function]: BTC500 is 5th Generation plasma cutter without pilot arc function, It is high frequency 50/60Hz IGBT Inverter 50A Plasma Cutter, The cutting torch need to touch metal get arc starting. Machine come with quality accessories and 220V power plug.
[Digital Screen Display]: The screen display parameters such as air pressure, voltage, current, Post time, 2T/4T, Error code, Fan status etc, allowing users to understand the equipment status and adjust the machine accordingly, If plasma cutter cannot work, the screen comes with an error code, making it easy to find out the problems.
[Sensor of Air Pressure & Air Compressor]: Inside of machine have sensor of air pressure, User can adjust the air pressure through the regulator. The air filter is installed at the rear of the machine with a quick air connector 1/4 NPT connector which can be used after opening the box, Cutter can be used only after connecting it to the air compressor, We suggest air pressure value for air compressor within the range of 90PSI, 250L/min.
[Cutting Thickness]: Plasma Cutter is dual voltage 110/220V, 60% duty cycle,50/60Hz High frequency, Current range at 110V: 15-35A, Current range at 220V: 15-50A. The maximum cutting thickness is recommended to be 10mm @ 35A 110V, 45PSI; 16mm@50A 220V, 60 PSI. Cutting Speed: 100mm/min (The cutting result may not perfect if hand moving fast)
[PT/2T/4T Function]: Post time function, Adjustment range: 3-15 seconds, Adjust the cooling time of the Post Air to cool torch head extend the using life of consumables. We normally suggest the cooling time between 4-8 seconds. 2T/4T automatic cutting free your finger. 2T is handle cutting control, 4T is automatic cutting control. Please read the manual careful before using this plasma Cutter.
