  • 6-IN-1 AC/DC TIG WELDER: This TIG welder offers versatile welding capabilities, including DC TIG, DC Pulse TIG, AC TIG, AC Pulse TIG, Square Wave AC Pulse TIG, and Stick (MMA) welding. TIG welder supports a 5-pin TIG foot pedal for full remote control of the TIG welding process. This AC/DC aluminum TIG welder delivers up to 215 amps and operates on dual voltage 110V/220V, making it suitable for a wide range of welding tasks, including aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and more.
  • Pulse & Square Waveform: The AC TIG mode ensures excellent heat input control and oxide cleaning, making it ideal for aluminum and magnesium welding. DC TIG provides deep penetration and high efficiency for welding steel, stainless steel, and copper. Pulse TIG mode enhances control on thin metals by minimizing heat input and distortion. Square wave AC TIG improves arc stability and cleaning action, resulting in cleaner, stronger welds — especially when aluminum welding.
  • Post Gas, Down-Slope & 2T/4T: TIG welding machine features adjustable post gas time from 1 to 15s, continuous blowing gas after the welding torch is turned off to protect the weld and extend torch life. Down-slope gradually reduces current at the end of tig welding, preventing tig weld crater formation, improving weld appearance, and reducing the risk of hot cracking. 2T mode for short welds and 4T mode for continuous welding to reduce operator fatigue and improve efficiency.
  • MCU Precision Control: This TIG welder is equipped with an MCU processor to ensure precise control, fast arc ignition response, and stable arc performance. Enhanced stick welding, providing smooth arc start, stable current, minimal spatter, no electrode sticking and excellent weld formation. Optimize welding parameters in real time, enabling precise low-temperature control and improving efficiency across various materials and applications
  • Remote Control: TIG welder with foot pedal supports connection to a 5-pin TIG foot pedal, allowing TIG welders to control the welding current remotely, freeing both hands to focus on welding operations. If the foot pedal is plugged in, the device will automatically switch to foot pedal mode. The package already includes a foot switch. The AC TIG welder also features a memory function, allowing you to save up to nine sets of welding parameters for quick access and improved efficiency
