The Non-HF design helps reduce electromagnetic interference with nearby electronics while providing stable arc performance. Optimized pilot arc control also helps reduce unnecessary electrode and nozzle wear.
  • [Real-Time Air Pressure Detection]The built-in air pressure sensor provides real-time pressure monitoring while cutting. Air pressure can be manually adjusted through the regulator to match different cutting requirements. An air filter and 1/4" NPT quick-connect air fitting are included for easy setup. Recommended air flow: 250 L/min.
  • [Plasma Gouging Mode]Plasma gouging removes welds and unwanted metal without cutting through the workpiece. Ideal for surface preparation, repair, and metal fabrication. (Note: Be sure to install the gouging nozzle before plasma gouging.)
  • [LED Display & Status Indicator]The large LED screen clearly displays cutting current, voltage, air pressure, and other operating information for easy monitoring at a glance. Status indicator provides clear visual feedback on machine status, while built-in fault codes help quickly identify potential issues for easier troubleshooting.
  • [Adjustable PA/PT & 2T/4T Modes]Post-flow time can be adjusted from 3–15s to cool the torch and help extend consumable life; 4–8s is recommended for most cutting tasks. Pilot arc time can be adjusted up to 15s—longer settings are ideal for expanded metal, while shorter settings help reduce consumable wear. 2T provides standard trigger control, while 4T allows continuous cutting without holding the torch trigger.
