Very surprised!

This welder is simply amazing! I found these by accident on YouTube and the way they sound welding is what peaked my curiosity. Most welders in this class can easily be bogged down but not this one. The MiG 165 produces a very crisp steady arc and is the first small machine I’ve used that welds like a much larger one. MMA stick is also very impressive with 3/32 rods. I haven’t used the tig function yet due to not having a torch at the moment. The screen and controls are laid out nice and are extremely easy to setup. The synergic amp/wire feed is very nice although as most others have noted is a little on the hot side. The only things I would like to see different, though haven’t been an issue are a heavier power cord, metal feed system and a universal Mig fitting for easy gun replacement. I really can’t complain much because this thing is an absolute steal for the money! Will it replace a full-size production machine? Probably not but for the home garage, diy people it is hardly lacking and I can’t stress enough how impressive it really is in person!
